Complaints and returns

1. The consumer may, within 14 days of receipt, withdraw from the Sales Agreement without giving any reason.
2. The customer is not entitled to cancel the order placed, before its delivery.
3. The running of the period specified in paragraph 1 begins with the delivery of the Product to the Consumer or a person other than the carrier designated by the Consumer.
4. In the case of a Contract that includes multiple Products that are delivered separately, in batches or in parts, the time limit indicated in Paragraph. 1 runs from the delivery of the last item, lot or part.
5. In the event that a refund is required for a customer’s payment card transaction, the seller will make the refund to the bank account assigned to the customer’s payment card
6. The consumer can withdraw from the Agreement by sending back the new product with the invoice, freebies to the address below:
