The conclusion of a Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller (REPSKILLER SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with its registered office in Kraków (registered office and delivery address: Ul. Siostry Faustyny 19, 30-608 Kraków); entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0001118009; register court where the company’s documentation is kept: District Court for Krakow – Śródmieście in Krakow, XI Economic Department of the National Court Register; share capital in the amount of: PLN 5000; NIP: 6793304932; REGON: 52921792200000, e-mail address: repskillershop@gmail.com) is made after the Customer places an Order using the Order Form in the Online Store.
After placing an Order, the Seller immediately confirms its receipt and simultaneously accepts the Order for execution. Confirmation of receipt of the order and its acceptance for execution is made by the Seller sending the Customer an appropriate e-mail message to the Customer’s e-mail address provided during the placement of the order, which contains at least the Seller’s statements about receipt of the order and its acceptance for execution and confirmation of the conclusion of the Sales Agreement. Upon receipt by the Customer of the above email, a Sales Contract is concluded between the Customer and the Seller.
The Seller strives to ensure the availability of all Products and the performance of the Sales Agreement. In the event of the impossibility of performance in emergency or unforeseen situations, and in other situations prescribed by law, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code, including Art. 493-495 of the Civil Code, in particular regarding the obligation to promptly return the benefit to the Consumer.
Promotional Actions valid in the Online Store do not combine, unless the provisions of the Promotion expressly provide otherwise.
The product will be shipped by the Seller on the date indicated in its description (subject to Section 6), by the method selected by the Customer when placing the Order.
If the Preorder (pre-sale) is in progress, the lead time is longer than usual. The approximate delivery time is listed on the product page.

Order processing time is calculated from the moment of positive payment authorization.
All costs associated with export (including customs clearance) are paid by the customer. If the customer does not pay the additional costs, they will be deducted from the full amount of the order upon return.
Delivery of products is carried out in Poland.
Payments are handled by “Polskie ePłatności” spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością based in Tajęcina (formerly “Paylane” sp. z o.o.), address: Tajęcina 113, 36-002 Jasionka, KRS: 0000227278, NIP 5862141089 and REGON 220010531.
Each customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the consumer.
In matters of complaints about the product, please contact the specified e-mail: repskillershop@gmail.com, after contacting via email the company will send the data to which you need to send the product, from the moment the courier hands over the package the company gives itself 48h to analyze whether the product is suitable for complaint, if so, the refund will be returned by the same method of payment that was paid for the product, up to two working days after the acceptance of the complaint by the company
